Prior to joining Providence, Leslie worked as a financial reporting manager at Isilon Systems and an audit senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Seattle. Most recently, Leslie has been a dedicated stay-at-home mom to her five children.

Leslie and her husband, Gabe, have their four eldest children in the grammar school at Providence. Leslie enjoys spending time with her family, serving at her church, baking with her daughters, and hosting many children and friends in their home.

The Poole family are members of Trinity Church.
