Shlomit was born and raised in Israel. She moved to the States when she married her husband, Keith. The Thompsons have three children: Jonathan, Caitlyn, and Elinor, who are all attending Providence.

Shlomit has been a grammar school teacher for several years, teaching grades ranging from kingergarten to 1st grade and considers it a blessing to be able to serve and teach her students not only how to serve and love the Lord but why we are compelled to.

Shlomit and her family live in Everett and attend King’s Cross Church. Shlomit enjoys spending time with family and friends reading, hiking, and drinking coffee.
