Marcela and her husband Joe, a Providence alumnus, have four children, all of whom now attend Providence. Before joining the Providence community, Marcela homeschooled her children for seven years and also worked part-time as an accountant.

Marcela enjoys spending time with family, baking, reading, cross-stitching and watercolor painting.

The Morris family attends Trinity Church.
