Growing up in Southern Illinois, Michele moved to Seattle to pursue a graduate degree at the UW. Quickly finding her church community and meeting her husband attending the same graduate program, the PNW became her new home. After homeschooling for 12 years, Michele and her husband now have all seven of their children attending Providence.

Michele enjoys growing flowers, making bread, and look forward to growing in teaching little ones the wonders of God and His world through science at Providence.
