Providence Investment Loan Opportunity through Semble

Thanks to God’s generosity, Providence owns our current building. Similar to a home, we have a mortgage, with a principal of $4.4 million. Every five years we renegotiate a new loan rate.

Our current loan expires this fall. Instead of working with a conventional bank, Providence has chosen to find investors in our community – YOU – to loan money to the school. By working with like-minded investors, Providence earns a lower interest rate and saves significant money over five years by avoiding a higher-rate commercial loan.

Your Investment Opportunity with Semble

  • Providence is partnering with a company called Semble, who will work directly with our investors – you – to facilitate these loans. Investors must direct at least 25K for a five-year period and will earn up to 4% interest on their loan to the school.
  • Investors may access funds and re-direct them from retirement sources: IRA, 401(K), 403(b), even Donor Advised Funds. Typically, these transfers have no early withdrawl penalties. Semble works with families on how to direct funds from their current retirement source to the Providence loan.

An exciting update

We just received an incredible offer from a donor to help us meet our goal. For every dollar invested in our Semble loan beginning September 3, the donor pledged to match each dollar in the form of a donation up to a total of $1.475 million to reduce our principal. Your investment will be matched as a gift from this generous donor.

Thank you for your consideration in investing in the future of Providence!
